Consulting has provided us with Healthvision (formerly QDX)
Cloverleaf interface development and support for several years
now. They handled the interface changes during our Meditech
conversion and continue to provide ongoing support and development.

vendor and received initial training but we were having difficulty
actually getting our first interface up and running due to
time constraints and technical questions. We faced the daunting
task of continuing to maintain and enhance our existing interface
environment while simultaneously migrating to Cloverleaf and
developing new interfaces on Cloverleaf. Robear Consulting
gave us a jump-start by resolving some of our most difficult
interfacing issues, providing on-site and remote mentoring
and getting our first interface up and running. After

Consulting developed multiple interfaces for us while we implemented
a new laboratory system. The Lab system and our HIS system
were different vendors with vastly different ideas about what
is "standard HL7". This involved writing QDX translations
and variants. Then, when someone on one side or the other
decided to change the way they looked at the message, they
were very patient about rewriting. We also had numerous internal
communication failures that required Robear Consulting's patience
in deciphering the correct avenue to take. Their work was
