We can provide the mentoring

projects.
Our goal is to help your staff
reach their goals. You develop the vision and we help frame
the project and the role and responsibilities of your staff.
Then, your staff gets to work and we stand ready to assist
when roadblocks crop up.
A typical mentoring session:
One of our highly skilled
consultants would speak with you to determine your specific
needs.
He/she would work on-site
for several days up to several weeks and do one on one
training with your staff, with an individual or a small
group.
After the mentoring sessions,
we are available as a resource for future roadblocks or
obstacles.
We can assist with a piece
of a project, such as a particular translation, Java Script
or Tcl program.
We are particularly valuable
when your staff is dealing with unusual or technically challenging
projects.

Training classes are great, but one on one interaction is
